2025年春运期间，中国红十字基金会“滴滴应急救援项目”向江苏、浙江、安徽、河南四省捐赠共计2万只出行便携急救包，配置到交通运输场站、公路服务区、公共交通工具等重点场所，助力保障广大人民群众春运出行安全。
此次捐赠的出行便携急救包中包含医用外科口罩、止血纱布、绷带、止血带、医用手套、碘伏消毒液等常规急救用品，同时，根据交通出行应急实际需求，急救包中还配备了反光背心、防割手套、高频口哨、车用破窗器等急救设备和护具，在意外情况发生时最大程度保护群众生命健康安全。

为贯彻落实《关于推广普及交通医疗急救箱伴行计划的指导意见》和《关于开展“关爱生命 救在身边”活动的通知》等文件精神，在中国红十字会总会与交通运输部联合开展的春运“交通救护伴行”活动指导下，中国红十字基金会“滴滴应急救援项目”在2022、2023及2025年春运期间，已累计向北京、湖北、浙江、江苏、山西等14个省市捐赠共11万只出行便携急救包，保障广大人民群众春运出行安全，助力健康中国和交通强国建设。

春运期间，各地方红十字会还陆续为交通运输从业人员开展应急救护技能培训普及、急救包使用指导等活动，还在机场、火车站等人员密集的出行场所开展应急救护志愿服务，多措并举守护人民群众出行安全，营造“人人学急救，急救为人人”的良好社会风尚。
