【Part 1：法治阵地·文化基因对决】

当新时代法治思想与徽派建筑的沉稳厚重交相辉映，一面以“坚持党对全面依法治国的领导”为魂、以“坚持以人民为中心”为脉的文化墙，在高墙之内悄然伫立——这里，每一块砖都镌刻着“坚持中国特色社会主义法治道路”的坚定，每一道檐都勾勒着“坚持依宪治国、依宪执政”的庄严。

散落在监区执法一线的法治文化角同样在发光发热，法治书架上，摆放了贴合实战需求的各类书籍，其中既有制度文件，也有精选矫治案例，方便民警在工作之余随时随地开展学习、自我充电。

排演原创话剧《今是昨非》，改编罪犯程某的真实案例。罪犯程某，因急需用钱，铤而走险利用自己互联网技术帮助电诈集团开发电诈程序，入狱后拒不认罪，以“技术无罪论”为借口掩饰自己罪行，最终在民警、帮教、亲人共同努力下，认罪悔罪。通过话剧的表演，进一步提升罪犯懂法、守法意识，正视内心、悔过向善。

立足属地皖南地区文化底蕴和特色，主动引入和充分运用安徽宣城地区优秀文化资源到罪犯教育改造工作中，进一步推动海派文化与徽派文化在大墙内的交互融合应用。监狱已打造有《武松打虎》《三打白骨精》《真假美猴王》《升旗》等精品皮影戏。生动的演绎，极大地调动了罪犯学法用法积极性，走出了一条彰显上海市军天湖监狱的法治宣传之路。
【Part 3：法治活动·治理智慧交锋】

携手广德市市委政法委和教育局开展联合共建活动，聘任9名青年民警担任属地学校法治副校长，参与法治教育工作。监狱民警走进校园，从多方面助力校园法治建设，创新法治教育的内容与形式，让法律知识更好地走进学生心里，从源头上预防末成年人犯罪，助力他们树立法治观念，学会保护自身权益。

开展“清风普法进社区，法治宣传入人心”系列活动。青年民警相继走进属地宣城市居民社区、公园等场所，采取发放传单、普法宣讲、有奖问答等方式，为社区居民开展普法宣传和反诈宣传，详细讲解了常见的诈骗案例和防骗方法，引导群众居民提高反诈意识，时刻保持警惕之心。
