一踏入公园西门，喜庆的节日氛围便扑面而来，大红灯笼、中国结、福字和串灯等装饰品随处可见，就连大树也穿上了新春限定款毛衣，吸引了不少游客市民打卡拍照。

沿着园路往北走便能到达“小樱驿站”，这里正在展出公园引种选育的早樱品种樱花。据玉渊潭公园工作人员介绍，为打破樱花花期短，以及在北京露地环境下仅能于3月下旬赏樱的自然局限，让市民游客在新春时节也能欣赏到绚丽浪漫的樱花，公园的樱花科技人员通过十四年的不懈探索，他们运用温棚促花技术，精心调控温度、湿度、光照等外部条件，为樱花生长创造适宜环境，最终打破花期限制，让市民游客“赏樱自由”的愿望不再遥不可及。

值得一提的是，今年“小樱驿站”的樱花展品实现了重大升级，将陆续展出十余个品种，花色繁多，包括白色、粉色、玫红色等。其中，最引人注目的当数从武汉园科院成功引种的四个国樱系列新品种：楚后、楚霞、楚锦和楚舞，室内的展品数量相比去年实现了翻倍增长。

从类别上看，展出的樱花包含乔木类、矮化盆栽类、造型盆栽类三大类别，其中乔木类以2至4米高的樱花树为主，采用木桶栽植的方式，将高大的樱花树以盆栽形式呈现。这些樱花树树干挺拔，枝繁叶茂，花朵盛开时犹如一片粉色的云霞，展现出壮美之态。矮化盆栽类樱花的植株高度在60厘米至1.2米之间，这些樱花小树经过精心矮化造型，以独特的形态展现樱花别样的韵味。它们有的枝干曲折蜿蜒，如同一条灵动的游蛇；有的树冠圆润饱满，像一个精心雕琢的艺术品。而造型盆栽类樱花则被安置在小巧精致的花盆中，别看花盆不大，花开之时却能呈现出爆花的震撼效果，为游客带来别样的观赏体验，非常适合近距离欣赏与拍照留念。

展出的樱花花期涵盖小年、春节、元宵节三个时间段，通过樱花次第开放、花期超长待机的模式，确保整个展览期间游客都能欣赏到盛开的樱花，樱花展预计持续至2月13日。

除了盛开的樱花，“小樱驿站”还展售30余种市场热门的年宵花卉，形成了一片五彩斑斓的花海。公园还推出了小樱雨伞、小樱徽章套装、小樱Q版玩偶、小樱穿戴甲等小樱系列文创新品，以及今年市属公园统一推出的蛇年吉祥物“灵宝”系列文创、玉渊潭公园2024年传统节日纪念票册等，游客不仅能赏花，还能将年宵花和文创产品买回家。
记者在现场看到，这里的游客络绎不绝，一位摄影爱好者一边调整着相机参数，一边激动地说：“我一直都喜欢拍摄花卉，今天听说玉渊潭的樱花展出了，就赶紧带着设备过来了。这里的樱花太美了，各种姿态都有，色彩也非常丰富，数量也比去年多了不少，在北京能让樱花在春节就盛开，公园的工作者真是太了不起了。”

“樱樱好市，花开连连”樱花市集活动

据玉渊潭公园管理科工作人员介绍，围绕着“小樱驿站”樱花展，从正月初一到初五每日10:00至16:00，公园将在科普广场举办以“樱樱好市 花开连连”为主题的樱花市集，包括年味小吃、国风游园、东方戏曲、非遗文创等。节日期间游客还可以参与公园第十六届冰雪嘉年华活动，到公园东南部新改造的游乐场游玩，或在公园西南部观赏到进入观赏期的4个品种200余株蜡梅，在玉渊潭度过一个欢乐祥和的新春佳节。
春节期间，记者走进玉渊潭公园科普广场，这里热闹非凡，洋溢着浓浓的节日氛围。许多游客在这里写福字、送祝福，同时了解我国44项非物质文化遗产的科普知识。公园还特别邀请了民间艺人现场展示京绣技艺、拓印拓画等传统非遗艺术，游客们不仅可以近距离欣赏这些精湛技艺，还能亲手制作非遗手工艺品并带回家。

樱花市集的环境布置别具一格，吸引了众多游客的目光。在“樱樱如意”和“春樱纳福”的打卡区，游客们纷纷拍照留念，记录下这美好的瞬间。市集摊位上设置了传统套圈、敲鼓祈福等亲子互动游戏，欢声笑语不断，增添了节日的欢乐气氛。
此外，京湘楼、粒上皇等历史悠久的老字号小吃摊也备受游客青睐。这些摊位以其独特的风味和传统的制作工艺，让游客们大饱口福，过足了嘴瘾。整个玉渊潭公园在春节期间成为了传统文化与现代欢乐交融的绝佳场所。
