国旗飘扬，铸就忠诚警魂
监狱举行“共庆中国人民警察节”升国旗仪式。升旗仪式的庄严氛围，彰显了警察职业的崇高地位，让每位警察感受到自身工作的重要性和神圣性，激发职业自豪感和使命感。全体民警整装列队，在同一时刻，注视着国旗升起，这种共同的经历和情感纽带，增强了警察队伍的团结和向心力。升国旗仪式后，全体民警对着警旗庄重宣誓，充分彰显监狱民警忠诚使命、守护平安的昂扬斗志和无悔初心。

警营互访，共促能力提升
人民警察节之际，青浦监狱携手上海市第三看守所，共同举办“共贺警徽荣耀，共谋发展新篇”警营交流活动。第三看守所团队探访了青浦监狱陈列室、车间、监房、爱生美食工坊，观看了音舞诗画《心梦》。青浦监狱青年民警一行，参观了第三看守所收押大厅、指挥中心、监区中队，观看了市三所宣传片、警械具及职业暴露防护现场展示。双方深入探讨了青年民警成长模式与团队建设等议题。

冬送温暖，传递关爱真情
监狱党委走访慰问了因公牺牲监狱人民警察家属、困难民警，并与因公牺牲民警家属亲切交谈，详细询问了家属工作生活情况，对家属长期理解并支持监狱工作表示衷心感谢，叮嘱她们保重身体、幸福生活，并送上了慰问金。表示今后将持续做好因公牺牲家属和子女的关心和帮扶工作，及时了解他们遇到的困难，用心、用情、用力帮助排忧解难。

警徽闪耀，见证奉献岁月
“今天，我们怀着无比崇敬的心情，为两位在监狱工作中默默耕耘、无私奉献的同志送上荣休的祝福。他们用青春和汗水，书写了一段段感人至深的从警故事，是我们学习的榜样。他们的荣休，不仅是对他们个人职业生涯的肯定，更是对我们全体监狱民警的一种激励。”
在警察节这个充满荣耀与敬意的节日来临之际，青浦监狱举行了一场别开生面的荣休仪式，为两名默默奉献多年的退休民警送上了诚挚的祝福。这场仪式，不仅是对他们职业生涯的回顾，更是对警察精神的深情诠释。
